I had the pleasure of working with Bob during the Hurricane Katrina recovery effort. Bob had a rotating management position at the Saint Bernard site. We met a couple of times over dinner to discuss contracting problems he encountered. Bob was always very descriptive and animated in describing that day’s difficulties. I knew if Bob sat down next to me in the mess hall, it would not be a boring meal. Bob, you are missed.
