Obituary of Pauline J. Peters

Pauline Josephine Peters, 93, of Pitman, NJ, passed away on July 5, 2016, in the Pitman Manor. Pauline Peters was born in Tutzing, Germany to Maria and Josef Schmuck on January 4, 1923. Vocationally, she was trained as a cook. After meeting the love of her life Otis, she moved to the States to marry him later working as a District Manager for the C & B Toy Company for many years. She enjoyed baking, travelling, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a life-long member of the Democrat Club, worked on the Election Board, and volunteered as a Girl Scout leader. Pauline is survived by her children Evelyn Hubler (Carl) of Glassboro, Elaine Kensil (Zane) of Pitman, and Renee Sheridan (Leonard) of Glassboro, grandchildren Laura Smith (Nicholas) of Pitman, Matthew Kensil (Jacqueline) of Pitman, Melissa Hahn (Thomas) of Pitman and Samantha Sheridan of Washington, D.C. and two great grandchildren. She is predeceased in death by her husband Otis. Friends and relatives are invited to attend a viewing on Friday, July 8th at 10:00 am followed by 11:00 am services at Kelley Funeral Home, 125 Pitman Ave., Pitman.
