Joseph D. Pirri, age 32 years, of Blackwood, was taken from his family in a vicious attack and died on March 15 at Cooper Health System in Camden. Born in Woodbury, he was a graduate of Pitman High School in 2004. He was employed by LKQ Auto Parts in West Deptford. Joe loved his family and was an avid Eagles and Jersey Devils fan. He enjoyed video games and Bingo. He was predeceased by his father Frank Pirri.
He is survived by his wife Megan (nee Camp), son Gino Pirri, stepdaughter Alyssa Baker, mother Mary Pirri, and sister Nina (Chris) Saez. Also survived by his mother in law Betty Jean (David) Hampton and father in law James Camp and Karleen Febish, brother in law David Hampton Jr., sister in law Jennifer (Sam) Thurston, and grandmother in law Ann Leypoldt.
