Obituary of Robert J. Blakeslee

Robert J. Blakeslee, age 75, of Pitman died on April 2, 2018. Robert was a member of Pitman Fire Patrol from 1963-2012 and served as Chief from 1988-89, 1990 and 1994. He also served as Past President, Vice President, and Assistant Chief of Pitman Fire Patrol. In 2012 when Pitman Fire Patrol closed, he became a member of Pitman Fire Company #1. He was formerly employed by Stratton Pontiac for 30 years and later for Agresta-Pellegrino Buick/GMC in Williamstown, NJ. Survived by sons Robert (Laurie) Price, David (Sonia) Price, granddaughters Makenzie and Emilee Price, step-daughter DeAnna (Joe) Santino, and granddaughter Isabella, sisters Janet (Lorenzo) Gagne, Linda Burns, Sandra (J.R.) Powers, Susan Goetz, his former wife and best friend Nancy Costa, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by parents Raymond and Carrie Blakeslee and brothers Ronald and Gerald Blakeslee.
