Obituary of Joan Carol Balster

Joan Carol Balster, of Washington Twp., NJ, age 76, died at her residence on May 9, 2015. She was a 36 year resident of Washington Twp., and was a professor of Art at Gloucester County College for 40 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Pitman. Survived by her son Donald Smith and brother Carl Balster. Friends may call on Thursday from 10 to 11AM in the First Baptist Church, 30 North Broadway, Pitman, NJ. Funeral service at 11AM.
