Paul Leonardi, age 86 years, of Pitman, NJ died at his home on May 17, 2006. Born in New York City, he was a resident of the Swedesboro-Woolwich area for 57 years and had lived in Pitman for the past 6 years. He was a self employed farmer and a bus driver for the Kingsway Regional School district until his retirement. He served on the Swedesboro-Woolwich Board of Education, and was a member of the Swedesboro Farmer's Auction, New Jersey Farm Bureau, and the Gloucester County Board of Agriculture. Predeceased by his daughter Jeanne Leonardi. Survived by his wife of 64 years, Carmela Leonardi, son Paul A. (Alice) Leonardi, daughter Nancy Szabo, grandsons Paul and David Leonardi, granddaughter Jeanne Szabo, sister Anne Peoples, 15 nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to call Saturday from 9:00 to 10:30 AM at the KELLEY FUNERAL HOME, 125 Pitman Ave., Pitman, NJ. Funeral mass will be at 11:00 AM at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Pitman. Interment New St. Joseph's Cemetery, Swedesboro, NJ.
