Harry H. Marshall, age 96 died on November 12 at Elmer Hospital. Born in Philadelphia, he was raised in Runnemede, NJ. He was a WWII Veteran serving from 1943-1945 in Iceland and European Theater. He served as Councilman for Gloucester Twp, was an exempt fireman for the Runnemede Fire Dept. and was Commander in the Black Horse Pike VFW. He worked for Lummis Supply Co. in Philadelphia as a salesman and after retirement worked part time for Shimp Farm Machinery. Nearing retirement he purchased a farm in Monroeville and raised grains. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and especially loved bass fishing in Canada. He hunted locally and was awarded Old Buck status at Atlantic Co. Game Preserve. He was a member of the Richwood United Methodist Church and a longstanding Mason. He was the husband of the late Elizabeth Betty Wicks Marshall. Survived by his brother David H., nephew David H., Jr. and niece Lucy Knight. Friends may call on Friday after 10am at the Richwood United Methodist Church, Richwood Rd., Richwood, NJ. Funeral service will be at 11am. Interment Richwood Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the Richwood UMC Building Fund, PO Box 7, Richwood, NJ 08074.
