Obituary of Joyanne S. Walker

Joyanne "Joi" S. Walker (nee Dych), age 74 years of Mantua, died May 27 at Cooper Hospital Health System. Born in Glassboro, she had lived in Mantua for the past 50 years. She was a bus driver for Mantua Twp./Clearview for 25 years and loved working with the kids. She was a member of the NJEA. Joyanne was an avid traveler going to all 48 of the lower states in a motor home. She was a master of Christmas. Always the life of the party, she brought a smile to everyone's face. Loving mother, grandmother, and wife, she is survived by her husband of 55 years, James "Jim" R. Walker, daughters; Lisa (Pete) Kammerer and Kimberly (David) Rink, grandchildren; Tyler and Jordan Kammerer, and Jackie and Devin Rink, and great grandson Bryce Canyon Wescott. Also survived by her sisters; Merri Hopkinson and Gayle Chatham. She was predeceased by her parents Thomas and Margaret (Crankshaw) Dych. Friends may call on Monday, June 4 from 6-8pm in the KELLEY FUNERAL HOME, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Memorial service at 8pm.
