Mary Ann Rose (nee Fredericks), age 76 years, died January 3 at Jefferson Health System, Washington Township. Born in Philadelphia, she lived in Pitman most of her life and graduated from Pitman High School in 1960. She was employed as the Public Works Secretary for the Borough of Pitman for over 25 years, retiring in 1995, and also worked as a Crossing Guard. She was an active member of St. Agnes Church where she served as a Lay Reader, Eucharistic Minister, taught CCD, and was in the Steven Ministry. She was a past member of St. Bridget's Church in Glassboro, VFW Post 7927 Ladies Auxillary, the Pitman Ambulance Association, and loved watching her grandchildren and great grandchildren play sports. She was predeceased by her husband, Nicholas "Andy" Rose.
Survived by her children; Andrea (Tom) Riley, Diana (Alan) Capaccio, and Christopher (Linda) Rose, 11 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. Also survived by her brother Milton (Rose) Fredericks, and sister Peggy Fredericks.
