Obituary of Doris Josephine Prosser

Doris "Babe" Prosser (nee McLean), age 90 years, died March 28 at her home in Pitman. Born in Philadelphia, she graduated from Pitman High School in 1945 and lived all her life in Pitman. She worked as a Registered Nurse for Underwood Memorial Hospital for 10 years, then joined Gloucester County Vocational School as a Nursing Instructor. She was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, Eastern Star #197, and the Pitman VFW Post #6469 Ladies Auxiliary. Predeceased by her husband Charles D. Prosser, Jr., son Charles D. Prosser, III., and grandson Charles D. Prosser IV. Survived by her daughter in law Patricia Allen, grandchildren Chadwick Prosser, Heather (Brian) Weber, and granddaughter-in-law Jessica, and 5 great grandchildren, Ashlynne and Brian Weber, Ember, Jordan, and Charlie Prosser V.
