Dorothy F. Blyth (nee Frederick), age 96 years, died peacefully, April 13 in Thomas Jefferson Hospital, Washington Twp., surrounded by her family. Born in Rosewood, OH, she has lived in Pitman since 1979 and most recently in Pitman Manor. She was employed by NJ Bell Telephone (Verizon) and retired in 1980 after 30 years of service. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Pitman, a past Deacon, and an active member of the Joy Circle. She was also a member of the Telecom Pioneers Chapter #81. Predeceased by her husband Walter Blyth, sons; Bruce R. and Wayne A. Stitt.
She is survived by her grandchildren; Constance (Jean) Rice, Wayne (Lisa) Stitt, Cindy (Jason) Pedersen, Rebecca (Justin) Pierce, and Rachel Stitt, 7 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
Friends may call on Friday from 10 to 11AM in the KELLEY FUNERAL HOME, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Funeral service at 11AM. Interment Hillcrest Memorial Park.
