Obituary of Fred J. Giordano

Fred J. Giordano, age 83, of Buena, NJ, died on June 23, 2019. Raised in Philadelphia, PA, Fred was a graduate of South East Catholic High School. He lived in Pitman, NJ for many years. Fred served in the US Navy from 1955-1957. He worked for Bell Telephone of Pennsylvania and retired after 30 years of service. During retirement, Fred and Ann enjoyed spending his Winters in Florida. He was a member of the American Legion and the Knights of Columbus. Fred was also an avid Philadelphia sports fan. Survived by his wife of 63 years Ann Rita (nee Grassi), children Anthony Giordano, Meg (Frank) Biegalski, Ann (Paul) Grasso, Fred (Jessica) Giordano, Greg (Lisa) Giordano, 16 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Friends may greet the family after 9am on Thursday in St. Michael's Church (Our Lady of Blessed Sacrament Parish), 504 South West Ave., Minetola, NJ 08341. Funeral mass will be at 11am.
