Obituary of Christine Lane Kitchin

Christine Lane Kitchin (nee Dargan), age 68 years, died suddenly at her home in Washington Twp. on October 18. Born in Camden, she was a 1969 graduate of Pitman High School and a graduate of Trenton State College in 1973. She was a health and physical education teacher for Washington Township School System, retiring in 2006 after 33 years with the district. She loved her grandchildren, dancing, and Elvis. Chris was an avid reader of Harlequin novels, enjoyed traveling, movies, and spending time at the shore. She was predeceased by her parents Helen and Joe Dargan, granddaughter Erin Christine, her siblings; Patricia Marsella, Jeffrey, and Teddy Dargan. She is survived by her daughter Shawn (Todd) Decker, grandchildren David Todd and Mackenzie Lane. Also survived by her sisters; Stacey Trexler, Shawn Voss, Michelle Dargan, Kerry Rooney, Shannon Owens, Danielle Fink, and brother Gregory Dargan. Friends may call on Thursday from 9 to 11AM in the KELLEY FUNERAL HOME, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Funeral service at 11AM. Interment St. Bridget's Cemetery, Glassboro, NJ.
