Obituary of Thomas A. Zander

Thomas A. Zander, age 80 years, died October 11 at Shady Lane Home in Clarksboro, NJ. Born in Woodbury, he was a 1958 graduate of Woodbury High School, and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He has been a resident of West Deptford since 1970 and was a farmer. For over 50 years (1958-2018), Tom successfully ran his own furrier business, T.Zander & Sons. He was a member of Ducks Unlimited, the NRA, National Trapper's Association, and served on the Citizen Awareness Panel for West Deptford. Survived by his wife of 58 years, Marie E. (nee Mootz), daughter Sheri (Joseph) Lucas and son Thomas D. Zander, grandchildren Cody and Joseph T. Lucas. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family in the KELLEY FUNERAL HOME, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Interment Eglington Cemetery.
