So many fun times with George & Charlotte:
George on crutches on Wrigley Field trip to Chicago with kids; Fenway Park in Boston with the kids; Kentucky Derby and Bourbon Trail where George made his own Makers Mark bottle; Cooperstown where late at night we found a beautiful restaurant on secluded lake. George helped us plan (with Olde Bourbon) our family room and skillfully built it himself with love. It was the focal point of our home where everyone gathered. George was a roomie for 15 years on annual Myrtle Beach golf trips for the week. He had his “own” chair in the hospitality room at the Caravelle. One year he slept through the sirens screaming from every ladder truck in N Myrtle Beach as an evacuation was starting! There were trips and special dinners together for our shared wedding anniversaries and so much more. He was a special guy. Condolences to his family, who are also special to us. RIP dear friend-
