Obituary of Ralph W. Johnson

Ralph W. Johnson, age 93, died on March 28, 2021 in Silver Spring, MD where he lived with his daughters for the last three years. Ralph lived in the Hurffville section of Washington Twp. most of his life. He was a graduate of Glassboro High School in 1945. Ralph worked as a Chemical Technician for Monsanto in Paulsboro for 32 years, retiring in 1990. He was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church, avid gardener, loved to travel and also enjoyed watching all Philadelphia Sports. He was predeceased in 2017 by his wife of 68 years, Edna I. Johnson (nee Haines) and his sons Ralph W. Johnson Jr. and Jeffrey Johnson. Survived by his daughters Barbara (Frank) Lanzer, Joanne (Scott) Ogilvie, daughter in law, Cyndi (Jeffrey) Johnson, grandchildren Francis Lanzer (Christina Black), David (Emily) Lanzer, Mark Lanzer, Jennifer (Ryan) Kimmel, Jeffrey (Jamie) Johnson Jr., Timothy (Stephanie) Johnson, Raeann Johnson, Zachary Ogilvie and great grandchildren Brayden, Beckett, Evangeline, Charlott, Joslynn, Aurianna and Wesley. Funeral services and interment in Hillcrest Memorial Park were private.
