Corinne A. Huenke completed her earthly journey of 94 years and entered her eternal home on April 14,2022. Beloved daughter of Harold and Anna Purcell. She was predeceased by Charles, her husband of 66 years, her beautiful daughter, Rita Sawyer, and her son-in-law, Michael Chapman. She is survived by her brother William (Sharon) Purcell, her sister Lucy (Art) Muhlbaier, her sisters-in-law Catherine Donovan and Irmgard Purcell, and by her children Sandra (Kenneth) Burrows, Jeffrey (Helen), Janet (Anthony) Fiola, Gayle Chapman, Annette (Sebastian Eggert) Huenke, Charles (Karen), Mark, John (Shannon), James, Paul (Jill) and godson Robert (Kathy) Anthony, 28 grandchildren and 47 great-grandchildren. In her youth Corinne loved roller skating and baseball, especially when pitching. She lived in Almonesson and had fond memories of horseback riding and swimming in Almonesson Lake. From childhood she especially loved singing in church choirs. After marrying Charles, they resided in Westville, later raising their children in Aura. They retired to Stewartstown Pa. There they enjoyed gardening, church activities, friendships with their neighbors and with their dinner club members. Returning in 2016 to NJ, Corinne lived in Pitman, especially treasuring time with her growing number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They will all cherish these times and the wisdom and counsel she provided them. The legacy she has gifted family and friends is one of unconditional love, forgiveness and spiritual strength.
