Obituary of Carly Justine McHenry

Carly Justine McHenry, age 25, died on August 11, 2022 at her home in Pitman, NJ surrounded by her loving family. She was born sunny side up, and reminds us of sunflowers that have to bend toward the light. Carly graduated from Bankbridge Regional High School in 2019. She enjoyed playing softball with the Gloucester County Miracle League and the Pitman Challenger League. Carly loved swimming at Lake Kandle and volunteered for Homeward Bound Pet Adoption Center. Carly also loved her cats Rico Suave and Yoshi that was a foster fail that quickly became part of the family. They were both her security cats. She is survived by her parents Monica (nee Orpin) and Steve McHenry, sisters Terra (Adam) Farrow, Brenna McHenry, maternal grandparents Margaret and John Orpin, and paternal grandfather Raymond McHenry (Chele Bruynell). She was predeceased by her paternal grandmother Diane McHenry. Friends may greet the family on Wednesday, Aug 17, from 10 to 11:45AM in Pitman Road Church of Christ, 500 Pitman Rd, Pitman, NJ 08071.
