Obituary of Jeannette E. Holloway

Jeannette E. Holloway, age 80, died on October 6, 2022. Born in Baltimore to the late Lucien and Edna Riiff, she was also predeceased by her sister Margaret Staley. She was the devoted wife of 46 years to Richard Holloway, beloved mother of William R. Miller IV, Paul L. Miller, MamaJ to Barbara Miller, Rich (Linda) Holloway Jr., Virginia (Fernando) Baez, Angela and Joey Rein. Also survived by her brothers Daniel (Joan) Riiff, William (Sharron) Riiff, 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and her faithful dog Priscilla. Jeannette was a 60 year resident of Pitman, NJ. She was a partner with Rich in Holloway Construction Co. for 25 years. She was a member of Fairview Eastern Star 219 and former Executive Director of CONTACT Gloucester County. Jeannette was a published writer, recording singer with Cameo Records, dancer with "Rickety Rockets" and a Artist for the Bay Front Gallery. A lifelong fan of Elvis and butterflies. She enjoyed being with family, St. Joe, taking pictures, the Red Hats, fishing, eating MD crabs, Padre Pio, Paris and beautiful Susets on the Delaware Bay. Jeannette was also an active member of the Gloucester County Community Church. Friends may greet the family on Wednesday from 9:00am-10:45am in the Kelley Funeral Home, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Eastern Star service will be at 10:45am followed by a Memorial Service at 11am.
