Obituary of Robert E. Main

Robert E. Main, age 93, died on March 19, 2023. Born in Topeka, KS, Robert lived in Moorestown for over 25 years and formerly lived in Cherry Hill. Robert served in the US Navy from 1950-1954. He graduated from Drexel University. Robert was an engineer with RCA, Lockheed Martin and G.E. During his career, Robert lived and worked in England, Greenland, Alaska, Colorado and New Zealand. He enjoyed traveling, golfing and playing bridge. He was predeceased in 2015 by his wife of 55 years Adeline Jean (Mirenda). Survived by 13 nieces and nephews, 13 great nieces and nephews and several great-great nieces and nephews in the South Jersey area and cousins in Kansas. Friends may greet the family after 1pm on Friday in the Kelley Funeral Home, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Funeral Service will be at 2pm. Interment St. Bridget's Cemetery, Glassboro.
