Thomas J. Faustino, age 91, died on March 19, 2023 at his daughter's home in Absecon, NJ. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Thomas graduated from Girard College and received his bachelor's degree from Drexel University. He served in the US Air Force from 1951-1955. Thomas lived in Upper Darby before becoming a long-time resident of Pitman, NJ. Thomas worked as a mechanical engineer for Philadelphia Electric, retiring in 1989 after 30 years. After retirement, Thomas enjoyed traveling between N. Wildwood, Highland Beach and Venice, FL. He was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan and enjoyed classical music.
He was predeceased by his wife Lillian S. (Reilley), sons Dr. Thomas and Andrew Faustino and parents Elizabeth (McKenna) and Joseph Faustino.
Survived by his children Linda McKee, Mark (Kimberly) Faustino, Dr. Denise Gimbel, grandchildren George (Brianna), Andrew (Alyda), Angela (Alex) Ruffner, Alexis, Lauren, Emily, Ashley, Nicole and great grandchildren Luna, Ashlyn, Auden and Atlas, who adored their poppy.
Funeral services and interment in Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, PA will be private. Those desiring may make a contribution to the Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org.
