Obituary of Dana M. Jackson

Dana Michele Jackson, age 39, died suddenly on April 18, 2023. Dana was raised in the Pitman area and graduated from Pitman High School in 2002. She received her Bachelor's Degree with honors (cum laude) in psychology from Long Island C.W. Post University in 2006. She was inducted in college into PSI CHI honor society due to her academic achievement. Dana has lived in West Deptford for the past several years. She was passionate about helping others and worked as a support coordinator for SPWA Services in Mt. Laurel. She brought joy to all those who knew her, and she was a loving and devoted mother. Hers was a bright light extinguished far too soon. Survived by her daughter Kaylee Michelle Jackson, parents Eileen Kay (Hatton) and W. David Jackson and sister Laura (Daniel) Miller, as well as a large extended family which includes 6 aunts, 6 uncles, and fifteen cousins. Friends may greet the family after 9:30am on Thursday, April 27, 2023 in the Kelley Funeral Home, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Funeral service will be at 11am.
