Obituary of Martha R. Parker

Martha R. Parker (Good), age 62, died on May 12, 2023 at her home in Gloucester Township. Martha graduated from Highland High School in 1978. She worked in the mortgage industry for many years. Martha worked for D.M. Medical Billing in Gibbsboro since 2004. Martha was an active member of the First Presbyterian Church of Somerdale where she served as a Deacon, teacher and Sunday School Superintendent. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts especially with the children where her smile, patience, and heart especially shined. Bowling was also a favorite activity spent with the girls on Thursday nights. Martha also loved the beach and the family made annual trips to the Outer Banks. During many summer weekends she could be found on Brigantine Beach usually floating on a raft in the cove or cooking on the grill. She is survived by her husband Michael S. Parker, children Stephen Parker (fiance Amanda), Alyse Parker, mother Patricia (Tackitt) Good, siblings Sharon (Sal) Buono, Brenda (Vincent) Saraullo, Richard P. Good (Jerry), father-in-law Steve Parker, sister-in-law Cindy (Joseph) Taglienti, many nieces, nephews, friends and her beloved dog Lucy. Martha was predeceased by her father Richard P. Good. Friends may greet the family after 9am on Wednesday in the First Presbyterian Church of Somerdale, 142 West Somerdale Rd, Somerdale, NJ 08083. Memorial Service 11AM.
