Obituary of Alyce Gertrude “Alyce” Ward

Alyce G. Ward, age 72, died on her birthday July 10, 2006, at her home in Richwood, NJ where she lived for over 50 years. She was a graduate of Pitman High School Class of 1951. Alyce worked for Columbia Records in Pitman from 1964-1969 and also as a clerk for the Richwood Post Office from 1975-1995. She was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. Daughter of the late Emma and Richard Wobensmith, she was married for 52 years to the late John Jack Ward.
She is survived by her children Christine Fullmer of Doylestown, PA, Deborah Beebe of Newfield, NJ, Edward R. of Franklinville, Patricia Allen of Jupiter, FL, John D. of Atlantic City, Kathleen Cellucci of Franklinville, 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Richard R. Wobensmith of Brodheadsville, PA.
Friends may call on Saturday after 9am at the KELLEY FUNERAL HOME, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Funeral service will be held at 10:30am. Interment will be at Hiillcrest Memorial Park.
