Obituary of Frances B. Govett

Frances B. Govett (nee Pomelear), age 85 of Pitman died on December 6, 2006 at her home. She was a lifetime resident of Pitman. She graduated from Pitman High School in 1938. She began working at the National Bank in Pitman at age 18 and retired from the bank after 49 years of faithful service. She was the wife of the late Melvin A. Blakeslee and the late Howard M. Govett. She is survived by her sister Marion Leopardi of Woodbury, nephews Robert (Hilda) Crowley of Atco, NJ, Donald (Dorothy) Crowley of Sewell, NJ, Walter (Ruth) Johnson of Evansville, IN, niece Susan (Michael) Morrison of North Brunswick, NJ and many great nieces and nephews. Friends may call on Monday after 10am at the Kelley Funeral Home, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Funeral service will be at 11am. Interment Cedar Green Cemetery.
