Joe C. Smith, age 60 years, of Glassboro, NJ, died Feb. 10 at Thomas Jefferson Univ. Hospital in Phila., PA. Born in Charlotte, NC, he was a resident of Glassboro for the past 28 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and was employed by Niagara Pools of Blackwood, NJ. He was a member of St. Anthony's Beneficial Society.
Survived by his wife Maryann (nee Forte), children Carla Smith of Cedarville, NJ, Jodi Doman (Joe) of S. Harrison Twp., William Bruno (Dana) of Mantua, Robert Bruno (Sandy) of Woolwich Twp., and Jake Bruno (Nicole) of Franklinville. Loving grandfather to his 12 grandchildren. Also survived by his brother Ken, sisters Diane, Faye, and Joyce.
Friends may call on Thursday from 9:30 to 11 AM in the KELLEY FUNERAL HOME, 125 Pitman Ave., Pitman, NJ. Funeral service at 11 AM. NJ. Interment Glouc. Co. Veterans Cemetery.
