Catherine Kay M. Mumford (nee McCurdy), age 84 died on July 12, 2007 at Vitas Hospice in Stratford, NJ. Born and raised in Ellwood City, PA she has lived in Glassboro since 1962.
She worked as a Administrative Assistant to the Glassboro School Superintendant. Catherine was a member of First United Methodist Church in Glassboro.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years Donald W. Mumford, children Robert E. (Kathy) of Haddonfield, Jane (Robert) Simpson of Cincinnati, OH, brother Dr. Harry McCurdy of Bethesda, MD and grandchildren Ian and Hilary Simpson, Caitlin and Gregory Mumford.
Friends may call on Monday after 7pm and Tuesday after 10am in the KELLEY FUNERAL HOME, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Rev. William Cook will officiate funeral services at 11am on Tuesday. Interment private at the convenience of the family in Manahath Cemetery, Glassboro.
