Joseph J. Mancuso, age 83 died on December 2, 2007 at the Lutheran Home at Moorestown. Born and raised in Maple Shade, he lived in Pitman for the past 30 years. He was a World War II Navy Veteran and served in the Pacific Theater from 1943-1946. Joe worked for Foster's Equipment in Pole Tavern, NJ.
Husband of the late Angeline E. (nee Bonino), he is survived by brothers Anthony of Vincentown, NJ, James of Maple Shade and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call on Thursday after 10am in Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, 161 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ 08071. Funeral mass will be at 11am. Interment St. Bridget's Cemetery. Those desiring may make a contribution to the church.
