Obituary of Myron David Hurff

Myron David Hurff of Glassboro, NJ, age 79 died Tuesday, April 1, 2008. He was a resident of Gloucester County all his life. He was predeceased by his parents Mabel and Myron Hurff. Survived by his wife of 57 years Florence Hurff (nee Wenzel) and loving father of David (Patti) Hurff of Reading, PA, Michael (Donna) Hurff of Busby, MT, Leslie Bartie of Pitman, Audrey (Bill) Gougon of Pitman, Sidney (Joseph) Desiderio of Glassboro, Stephen (Penni) Hurff of Glendora. Grandfather of Michael, Bottus and Mollie Hurff, Brandy Rodenbach, Brandon Bartie, Joseph and Alana Desiderio, Kirsten and Danny Hurff and William Gougon. Great grandfather of Jacob Rodenbach and Rylee Hurff. Also survived by his sisters Ruth Gant of Hurffville, Francis Carter of Pitman and brother Wayne (Karen) Hurff of Hurffville. David served in the Army as Sgt during the Korean War. He retired as Captain of Glassboro Police Department after 30 years of service. He was a member of the FOP #51, VFW Post #679 of Glassboro, Life Member of NRA and member of GOA. Friends may call on Sunday after 1pm in the KELLEY FUNERAL HOME, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ.
