Obituary of Carla Bradley Evans

Carla B. Evans (nee Bradley), age 65 died on September 19, 2016 at her home on Silver Lake, Clayton, NJ. Carla was raised in Pitman and graduated from Pitman High School in 1969 and a graduate of Mary Baldwin College. She lived in Maryland and Downingtown, PA and spent her summers at her home on Silver Lake. In 2006, Carla and her husband retired to their home on Silver Lake. She worked as a Teacher and Grant Administrator for many years. Carla was a member of the Hopewell United Methodist Church where she served on the Altar Guild and a member of the Pitman United Methodist Church. Carla served as the Committee Chair, Wildlife Chair and Membership Chair for the Silver Lake Association. Survived by her husband of 44 years Bruce J., children Jared S. (Juliane), Lindsay (Jason) Lancaster and grandchildren Celia and Gwen Lancaster and James Evans. Friends may greet the family on Sunday from 2-3pm in the Kelley Funeral Home, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Memorial service will be at 3pm.
