Obituary of Thomas B. Breslin

Thomas B. Breslin, age 88, died on June 8, 2017. Born and raised in Gloucester City, NJ. Thomas lived in Glassboro for 26 years and Ellicott City, MD from 1984 until he moved to Sewell in 1997. He was a graduate of Gloucester Catholic High School and Rutgers University, Camden. Thomas served in the US Army during the Korean War from 1951-1953. He was an accountant for Gulf and Western in Gloucester City and retired from SCM Corp. in 1988. Thomas was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Church in Washington Twp. He loved to take long car trips and was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan. He was predeceased by his parents John and Helene (nee Henkel) Breslin and brother John Breslin Jr. Survived by his beloved wife of 59 years Dorothy J. (nee Rade), children Jeffrey, Susan (Robert) Miller, Patricia Schusler (John Neal), Carol (Matthew) Orendac, Kimberly Breslin and grandchildren Brooke, Brett and Tyler Miller, Matthew Schusler, Jake Miller, Julianne Schusler, Zac Miller, Ashley and Emily Orendac, Faith Schusler and Taylor, Jack and Brady Orendac and nephews Mark and Paul Breslin. Friends may greet the family on Wednesday after 10am in Sts. Peter and Paul Church, 362 Ganttown Rd, Sewell, NJ. Funeral mass will be at 11am. Interment Gloucester County Veteran's Cemetery.
