Obituary of Laura Emma Joyce

Laura Emma Joyce (nee Rohr), age 97 died on December 25, 2013. Born in Philadelphia, she lived in Pitman over 63 years. She worked as a seamstress at Jody Scott Dress Factory in Pitman, retiring at the age of 73. She was a member of the International Garment Workers Union. Laura enjoyed being with her family and was an avid reader. She was the wife of the late Melvin H. Survived by her son Melvin C. and daughter in law Aileen Jasko Joyce, cousins Harry Gibson of NJ, Robert MacDonald of ID, sister in law Mary Rohr of MD and several nieces and nephews. Friends may greet the family on Monday after 9:30am in the Kelley Funeral Home, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Funeral service will be at 11am. Interment Manahath Cemetery.
