Obituary of Marcia Langlois

Marcia B. Langlois, age 88, died on September 13, 2023 at her home in Washington Twp. where she lived since 1962. Marcia was raised in Melrose, MA and graduated from Melrose High School in 1953. She attended the University of New Hampshire, studying Occupational Therapy. Marcia was an active volunteer all her life. She began volunteering at the State Hospital in Middletown, NY using her occupation therapy skills. Marcia was an active member of the First Presbyterian Church in Pitman. She was an honorary life member of the Presbyterian Women and continued being an active volunteer within the church. Marcia handled life with grace and was always smiling. Survived by her husband of 67 years Robert W. Langlois, children Karen (Joseph) Battle, Steven (Karla) Langlois, grandchildren Andrew (Samantha) Battle, Eric (Caitlin) Battle, Roy (Catrina) Langlois, Torey Langlois, Samuel Langlois and four great grandchildren. Friends may greet the family after 10 A.M. on Friday, September 22, 2023 in the First Presbyterian Church at 10 Wildwood Avenue, Pitman, NJ. Memorial service will be at 11 A.M. Marcia contributed to many different charities during her life and her family would like you to give to your favorite charity in her memory.
