Obituary of Robert Lee Rodgers

Robert Lee Rodgers, age 86 died on June 2, 2014. Born in Miami Beach, FL he lived in Pitman over 55 years. He attended Atlantic City High School and was a lifeguard for many years with the Atlantic City Beach patrol. Robert served in the US Marine Corp. He worked for South Jersey Gas Co. from 1957 until his retirement in 1990. Robert was a member Irish Heritage Social Club and life member of the Marine Corp League. He was predeceased by his wife BettyAnn (nee Badger) and daughter Barbara L. Bello. Survived by his daughter Nancy Rodgers and cousins Carol C. Paiste and Charles Clayton, Jr. Friends may greet the family on Saturday after 10:30am in KELLEY FUNERAL HOME, 125 Pitman Ave., Pitman, NJ. Memorial service 11am.
