Obituary of Betty Jacobs

Betty Jacobs (nee Richards), age 81 years, of Glassboro, NJ died November 5 at her home. Born in Philadelphia, she was a resident of South Philadelphia until moving to Glassboro in 1990. She was employed by Methodist Hospital as a Secretary in the purchasing department. She was a member of Mary Mother of Mercy Parish, Our Lady Queen of Peace Church. She was predeceased by her husband Francis X. Jacobs. She is survived by her children Francie (Michael) Makara, and Vincent (Yvonne Giovanitti) Jacobs, grandchildren Kristen Cervantes, Erin Makara, Bridgid Makara, Alexander Jacobs, and great grand daughters Isabelle and Portia Cervantes. Also survived by her brother Edward Richards and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call on Monday from 9:00 to 10:15AM in the Kelley Funeral Home 125 Pitman Ave., Pitman, NJ. Funeral mass at 10:30AM in Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, 161 Pitman Ave., Pitman, NJ. Interment Manahath Cemetery.
