Obituary of Richard Wayne Malinoski

Richard Wayne Malinoski, age 61 years, died November 6, 2014, at his home with his family by his side. He was a life long resident of Pitman, graduating from Pitman High School in 1972, and Glassboro State College in 1976. He became Pitman's first Police Cadet in 1972 and was hired as a Patrolman in 1973 until 1986. He joined the Harrison Twp. Police Department in 1986, and served there until his retirement in 2013. He was a member of the Police Benevolent Association # 178, and served as their treasurer from 1990 to 2002. He was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan, and loved spending time in Sea Isle City with his family. He was son of the late Theodore and Anna May Malinoski. He was the beloved husband of 38 years to Susan P. (nee Pierpont), adoring father to Amy (Michael) Milano, and Christina, loving grandfather to Angelina Harris. Also survived by his brother Ted (Debbie) of West Lake Village, CA. Friends may call on Tuesday from 6 to 9PM and Wednesday after 9:30AM in the KELLEY FUNERAL HOME, 125 Pitman Ave., Pitman, NJ.
