Vladimir A. Chebotarev, age 83 died on December 5, 2012. Born and raised in Moscow, Russia, he has lived in the United States for the last 2 years. Vladimir was a college professor at MKIT in Moscow. Survived by his wife Tamara, son Viktor (Rene), grandchildren Anna and Aleksandr and great grandson Ryan.
