Obituary of Jason Duane Lapin

Jason Duane Lapin, age 42 years, of Pitman passed away April 9 at Underwood Memorial Hospital. Born in Woodbury, he had lived most of his life in Pitman and Fortescue. He attended Valley Forge Military Academy and Gloucester County Vocational School for Plumbing. Predeceased by his father Leonard W. Lapin, Sr., brothers Leonard Jr., and Kevin. Survived by daughter Casey Lapin, and her mother Tarra Tulino, his mother Margaret Lapin, sisters Colleen (Louis Sr.) Kohn, and Adriene (Kenneth) Thomas. Also survived by nephews Jessie Lapin and Louis Kohn Jr., niece Nikki Halbadier, aunts Selma Weinstein and Janet Buchanan, and many cousins. Friends may call on Saturday from 12 to 1PM in the KELLEY FUNERAL HOME, 125 Pitman Ave., Pitman, NJ. Memorial service at 1PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in support of Liver Research at Jefferson Hospital.
