Obituary of Gemma Elvira DeRose

Gemma Elvria DeRose, age 96 died on April 10, 2013 at her home in Sewell, NJ where she lived for the past two years. Born in Johnstown, PA, she formerly lived in Philadelphia, Pennsauken and Maple Shade before moving to Sewell. She was a seamstress for many years and was a member of the Garment Industry Retirees and the Maple Shade and Pennsauken Senior Citizen Club. She is survived by her nieces and nephews Lucy McGinn, James Capaldi, Vincent, Louise and Rocco DeRose, Rita D'Attilo Boutilier, brother Vincent (Lena) DeRose and many great and great great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings Rita D'Atillo, Julia Capaldi, Aloph DeRose, Eugene DeRose and nephew Angelo Capaldi. Friends may greet the family on Saturday after 9am in Mary, Mother of Mercy Parish (Our Lady Queen of Peace Church), Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Funeral mass will be at 10am.
