Jean E. Ortlip (nee Turner) age 90 years, died Saturday at her daughter's home in Seaville, NJ. Born in Medford, NJ, she was a graduate of Clayton High School in 1938. She lived in Pitman from 1946 until moving to Seaville 6 years ago. She was the secretary at W.C.K. Walls School in Pitman for over 28 years, retiring in 1983. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Pitman Memorial Post #6469 VFW and the Eastern Star.
She was the wife of the late Howard S. Ortlip. Survived by daughter and son in law Donna J. and George Turner, with whom she lived, grandson Benjamin (Heather) Harrison of Culpepper, VA, great-grandchildren Dylan, Dayne, and Elizabeth Harrison, and her extended family.
Friends may call Friday from 7 to 8:30PM and Saturday from 9:30-11AM in the KELLEY FUNERAL HOME, 125 Pitman Ave., Pitman, NJ. Funeral service 11AM. Interment Hillcrest Memorial Park.
