Obituary of Patricia A. Thurston

Patricia A. Thurston (nee Leyman), age 67, of Pitman, died February 16, at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia. Born in Camden, she lived there until moving to Pitman over 27 years ago. She was a lifetime member of the Pitman Fire Patrol Auxiliary, having served as President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and was the Chair of the Ways and Means Committee. Predeceased by her daughter Christina Thurston. Survived by her husband of 46 years, Franklin W., children; Samuel J. (Jennifer), Patricia (Donato) Ferrante, Dorothy (Charnjit) Singh, grandchildren, Christina Marie, Kaitlyn Budd, Stefanie and Jessica Singh, and her sisters Anne Leyman, Dorothy Carruolo, and Betty Leyman. Friends may call on Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 PM in the KELLEY FUNERAL HOME, 125 Pitman Ave., Pitman, NJ, and on Wednesday from 10 to 11 AM. Funeral service at 11AM.
