Charles S. Briggs, Sr., 77, died on November 17, 2020. Charles lived in Washington Twp. over 43 years. He owned and operated Briggs Alarms, in Washington Twp. for 46 years, with his son, which is now Briggs Security Site and Sound. Charles was a member of the First Baptist Church of Pitman.
Survived by his wife of 55 years Joyce Marilyn (nee DiVito), sons Charles Jr. (Lynn),grandchildren Erica, Courtney, Jeffery D. Sr., grandchildren Jeffrey D. Jr., Andrew, Brandon and Christopher, brother Richard J. Karasch, and sister Cheryl (Gary)Havel.
Graveside service will be 10am on Saturday in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Delsea Dr., Washington Twp. Those desiring may make a contribution to the Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Foundation at www.michaeljfox.org or to the Pitman Food Pantry, 30 N. Broadway, Pitman, NJ 08071.
