Obituary of Patricia E. Baltozer

Patricia E. Baltozer (nee Wunsch), age 75, died on January 5, 2021. Patricia grew up in Woodbury, NJ. Patricia graduated from Mt. Carmel High School in Camden. Patricia worked as a secretary for a US Congressman and continues in the private sector as a legal secretary. After marriage, Patricia lived in Rhode Island, Maine, Florida, Virginia and Illinois during her husband's US Navy career. After her husband's retirement from the military in 1980, they retired to Glassboro, NJ. Patricia was a foster parent in five different states, caring for over 90 children in need of a loving family. She also was in charge of the South Jersey Parrot rescue and adoption program for over 30 years. Survived by her husband of 53 years Charles "Bob" Baltozer, daughters Rose Knowles and Robin Getty, granddaughters Meaghan Knowles and Rebecca Recinos. Friends may greet the family on Monday 9-10:30 in the Kelley Funeral Home, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Funeral mass will be at 11am in Our Lady of Lourdes Church (Mary, Mother of Mercy Parish), 500 Greentree Rd, Glassboro, NJ. Interment Gloucester County Veteran's Cemetery.
