Dear Kathie and Nancy. We were sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I remember fondly of taking care of your cats including KittyKitty. I reminded mom about coming to your house for all those delicious pies. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this sad time. Love us

Nancy and Kathie, my condolences at your mother’s passing. I remember her laughter and kindness, her sense of mischief, and that she was a real Renaissance woman in her own ways. She touched me and many others - I celebrate her life and the lasting impact she had. May your memories of her always be a comfort. Love to you.

Dear Kathy and Nancy I'm so sorry for your loss. There is no doubt the she loved you both more than words can state. Shirley was as amazing and colorful as her English garden she created in your backyard in Pitman. She enjoyed a good glass of wine each day for which I became her undercover smuggler! Thank you for sharing her with me. I will miss my Aunt Shirley Murphy.

Kathie and Nancy- I’m so sorry about your Mom, but will always remember the many years of mirth and merriment over the decades. Our post holiday gatherings were always epic. Annual pie fest at the Murphy’s is often duplicated, but lacks that same flare as the original on Pitman Ave. Raisin Pie remains an epicurean curiosity around the world. Thinking about you all and under normal circumstances would’ve toasted Mom & spent some time with you all in person. Cheers to Mrs. M - I know you are cackling at all of us from above. With sympathies from the entire Young Family and sending lots of love, Chris
