Obituary of Charles Remus

Charles Remus, age 83, died on June 13, 2022. Born in Shenandoah, PA, Charles was raised in Philadelphia. He lived in Pitman and Glassboro area for 33 years. Charles served in the US Air Force from 1959-1965. He was a Special Agent for the IRS, Philadelphia for 35 years. Charles loved anything aviation and took flying lessons. He enjoyed riding his 97 Triumph motorcycle and also enjoyed gardening. He is survived by his wife of 33 years Helene M. (Ringland) Remus, children Lisa (Todd) Gerwig, Robert C. (Eileen) Remus and grandchildren Nika (Nathan) Reiser, Shea (Douglas) Gage, Seth and Chad Gerwig, Cullen, Maeve and Grace Remus. Friends may greet the family on Saturday, June 25, 2022 after 9:30am in the Kelley Funeral Home, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Funeral service will be at 11am. Interment New St. Mary's Cemetery.
