Obituary of Howard C. McAteer

Howard C. McAteer, age 80, died on September 29, 2022 at his home in Sewell. Survived by his wife, the love of his life Margaret (nee Bowen). The two were bound together through good and bad and "raised" each other to be what they are today. Also survived by children Jackie (Lou) Garbarino, Daniel J. (Betsy), grandchildren John (Rebecca) Flem Jr., Alicia Flem, Amanda (Kevin) Gibbs, Daniel Howard McAteer and great grandchildren Zane and Emma Flem. Friends may greet the family after 6pm on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 in the Kelley Funeral Home, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Funeral service will be at 7:30pm. Interment will be private at the request of Howard and Margaret in Woodbury Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Susan G.
