Obituary of Esther E. Moore

Esther E. Moore (nee Miskelly), age 95 died on November 23, 2012. Born in Washington D.C., she lived in Pitman most of her life. Esther graduated from Glassboro State College and received her Master's Degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She taught for Pitman School System. Esther was an active member of the Pitman United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday School for many years. Esther played the organ and the piano at the Pitman United Methodist Church, Chapel Heights United Methodist Church and Pitman Camp Meeting for many years. She was the wife of the late Arthur W. Moore and was predeceased by her son Daniel (Marian). She is survived by her daughters Ruth L. (Robert) Gray of FL, Naomi "Pixie" (John) Senior of Pitman, 8 grandchildren and many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Friends may greet the family on Tuesday after 10:30am in the Kelley Funeral Home, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Funeral service will be at 11am. Interment Hillcrest Memorial Park.
