Marie F. McCurdy (nee Donaghy), age 87 died October 14, 2007 at her home in Sewell, NJ where she lived for 52 years. She worked for Tyco and retired in 1982 after 25 years. Marie was a member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in Pitman. She was the Secretary for the Golden Age Club and Past President of the Ladies Auxiliary for the Mantua VFW Lawson Cox Post #7679.
She was the wife of the late Floyd H., Jr. Survived by her children Floyd H, III of Westminster, MD, Carol A. Rowand of Wimauma, FL, Thomas P. of Sewell, 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren sisters Jean Karcher of Flagler Beach, FL, JoAnne Curry of South Hampton, NJ, and brothers Thomas Donaghy of Flagler Beach, FL and Richard Donaghy of South Hampton, PA.
Friends may call on Sunday after 7pm and Monday 9:30 10:30 am in the KELLEY FUNERAL HOME, 125 Pitman Ave., Pitman, NJ. Funeral mass will be11am on Monday in Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Pitman Ave, Pitman. Interment Brig Gen Wm C. Doyle Veteran's Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ.
