Lorraine J. Thomas (nee Colna), age 79, died on January 14, 2008 at her home in Pitman where she had lived since 1978. She was born and raised in Paulsboro and lived in the Glassboro/Pitman area for over 50 years. She was a homemaker who enjoyed many weekends camping in Mays Landing and many winters in Florida.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years Joseph A., son Gary E. (Bonnie) of Pitman and grandchildren Sara and Kevin Thomas. She was predeceased by her nine brothers and sisters: Harry, Willis, Raymond, Leslie, and George Colna, Edna Layton, Viola Sabo Wade, Margaret Fleck and Eleanor Thomas.
Friends may call on Friday after 9:30am in the KELLEY FUNERAL HOME, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Funeral Service 11am. Interment Eglington Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Tranquility Hospice, 204 Creek Crossing Blvd, Hainesport, NJ 08036.
