Obituary of Robert W. Weick, Sr.

Robert W. Weick, Sr., a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and brother died on April 14, 2008,. He was 75. Born in Gloucester City, he was a Korean War Veteran serving from 1953-1955. Formerly of Pitman for over 30 years, he moved to Climax, North Carolina in 1986 and back to Sewell in 1993. Robert worked over 21 years for Stratton Motors as an Auto Body Mechanic and Painter. He was a member of the Delaware Valley Corvette Club and was an avid NASCAR Fan. He is survived by his wife of 53 years Margaret A. (nee Quigley), children Robert, Jr. (Kelley), of Mantua, Scott (Lisa) of Pitman, Debra (Barry) Snyder of Deptford, brother Richard of Sewell, and grandchildren Stephen, C.J., Ryan, Robert III, Brenna, Lauren, Madison, and his beloved dog Sasha. He was the son of the late Anthony and Ruth Weick and predeceased by his brother Carl. Friends may call on Friday after 9:30am in the KELLEY FUNERAL HOME, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ. Memorial service will be at 11am. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1851 Old Cuthbert Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034. .
